A beautiful filigree design from the 1920s set in 18kt white gold and centering around an old European cut round diamond weighing approximately 0.10 ct with I-J color and SI clarity. The diamond is complemented by 2 marquise shaped synthetic sapphires totaling 0.10 ct. One of the sapphires is chipped but it is barely visible at arm's length and can be fairly easily replaced if desired.
