Great LP Faded with a monster flame top, the guitar model that experts say is the best sounding LP made. This one has a honey burst finish that is more like a lemon drop color due to the light fading. Like a real faded Burst color. A rare color for these models. The top is a Custom Shop type top with super-wide, fat flames. One of the best we have seen on these Fadeds. We are not sure why Gibson didn’t make this a Custom Shop guitar.
Upgraded with oil can type caps, the control plate was removed and the original pots are intact. The control cavity has noise reducing paint added. These changes make for a better sounding LP Faded. All other parts are stock. The guard is in the case but never installed. A really nice condition case.
Condition is very good with player use that shows with some belt buckle marks, dings and other signs of play. See numerous pics. Super light chambered LP at around 7 pounds! This guitar is one of the best playing guitars we have had in the store in a long time. Nice low action and a smooth feel when bending strings.
