Shipping & Returns
We ship all of our merchandise via UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air.. The shipping cost of single item purchases usually runs between $12.00 - $50.00, depending on the amount of insurance. Exact shipping cost will be quoted at time of purchase. International shipments may have additional duties which will be the responsibility of the buyer. For credit card transactions, shipments must go to the cardholders' address. All shipments must be signed for by the purchaser with photo ID.
Our number one priority is the complete satisfaction of our customers. However, situations arise where this is not always possible and merchandise must be returned.
Chicago Pawners & Jewelers will accept the return of merchandise within 14 days of receipt by the customer. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, Chicago Pawners & Jewelers will refund your purchase price, minus shipping*, handling, gift packaging, or other charges. Merchandise that is sold as new must be in “new and unused condition” (defined below) to be acceptable for refund or exchange. All other merchandise must be in the same condition as it was received. Special orders are not returnable. Refunds will be in the original form of payment, except for wire transfers which will be refunded via company check.
The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored.
You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from Chicago Pawners & Jewelers before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RA number. Contact a Customer Service Specialist by calling (312) 738-1377 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RA number.
All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. "New and unused condition" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes; the security tags are still attached; and the item must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
- Repack the merchandise in its original packaging materials, including all paperwork.
- Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express to:

Chicago Pawners & Jewelers is not responsible for merchandise that it does not actually receive or is not returned in accordance with these terms. Please contact our Customer Service Department at (312) 738-1377 if you have any questions or concerns.
*If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact a Customer Service Specialist no later than 3 business days after receipt at (312) 738-1377. On a case by case basis, we will cover shipping charges up to a maximum of $12.00 upon our receipt of the defective or mis-delivered merchandise. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately at (312) 738-1377.
