A vintage enough 2003 Gibson Les Paul Standard. While not a 1959 vintage Les Paul, it is vintage enough (12 years since made) to be used but not abused, played and nicely broken "in" but not broken. This LP has a very nice amber "Lemon Drop" flame maple top, no pickguard installed (yeah), standard keystone button tuners (not Groverized) and comes with the standard factory paperwork.
This LP has a very comfortable '60s neck profile AND a very important key feature... a real rosewood fingerboard, not the silly alternatives Gibson used on some of their LPs like "baked maple" and "Richlite". Les Paul Standard guitars should not be made with "baked maple" fingerboards! This LP has 12 years of wood seasoning and that along with a real rosewood board produces that classic LP Standard "tone" that you have come to know and love. This LP is played, shows wear, scratches, etc... but nothing major, no cracks or repairs. Included is the original black Gibson factory hard shell case in good used condition with some wear and one broken latch to add some character to the whole package.
Rock ready, player needed.
