2005 Gibson Les Paul Standard Faded Cherry Burst Flame Top 50s Neck
An excellent condition FIRST YEAR edition of the famous Les Paul Faded Model. The Faded series is considered by many players to be the best sounding Les Paul Model due to it’s finish (or lack thereof). This model is non-chambered like the 1959 Les Paul guitars. These are difficult to find in this condition and they are getting harder to find unmolested because so many are modified and converted.
Still has the original factory “50s Style Neck” sticker on the truss rod cover. Nice vintage style faded neck inlays. Original hardware, case and Gibson paperwork. On our scale it weighs 8.5 lbs. Minimal play wear with the exception of a scratch on the back (see pictures). No belt buckle swirl marks. And 13 years of age to make the guitar sound even better!
