1997 Gibson Custom Shop 1959 ES-335 Reissue Cherry

 

 

Very early Gibson Custom Shop ES-335 Reissue guitar that was originally purchased for collecting purposes and was made in Nashville.

This long pickguard ES-335 has a great ’59 profile neck. Hardly any play wear and is a conservative 9 out of 10 condition with the original hard case and un-set combo lock. Hard to believe this Cherry beauty is almost 20 years old. We believe these late 1990s Gibson Custom guitars are some of the finest built, sounding and playing Gibson guitars made since the 1960s.

This guitar had a list price over $5100.00 in 1997.
